RESERVATIONS, RESCHEDULING, CANCELATIONS
Cancellations and Refunds:
DM & Dine, One-Shot or DM Workshop bookings are rescheduleable, cancellable and refundable up to 48 hours prior to the session's scheduled start time. Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session's scheduled start time will not be refunded, barring extenuating circumstances. (Basically: we're reasonable people, so please also be reasonable.) No-shows will not be refunded.
Refunds will not be issued after the session has already occurred. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us.
For group bookings, we cannot issue refunds for party members who do not show up. Groups may alter the size, with a minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 players, until 48 hours before the booking; after this time, party member cancellations will not be refunded.
If you need to reschedule, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you, though we cannot guarantee it, particularly with non-group game sessions. The Cancellations and Refunds rules apply.
Alehouse - Due to our liquor license, minors are permitted before 8 pm but only accompanied by a parent or guardian. Absolutely no minors permitted after 8 pm. All guests must have two pieces of government-issued ID with them: one must be a photo ID (Drivers Licence, BC ID, passport etc.) even if you don't intend to drink. Student cards are not accepted. For your party to be seated for your reservation, 75% of party members must be present at the time of the reservation; no exceptions.
The Storm Crow welcomes guests and players of all genders and gender expressions, sexualities, countries of origin, races, abilities, body types and/or other sites of diference. We aim to provide a safe space for all and do not tolerate any type of discrimination. Our DMs are dedicated to running games that are true to both the letter and spirit of this policy. Safety tools (i.e. X-cards) are available for any game. If you have concerns, please speak to your DM and/or contact us.
Liquor Service Policy:
Under BC law, we are allowed to serve our guests a safe amount of alcohol and do not over-serve. Our trained staff may make the decision to decline to serve you if we believe you cannot be served alcohol safely. If this happens, under the law, we must decline service and make sure you get home as soon as possible in the safest way possible.
Allergies and food sensitives:
Please let us know of any food allergies or sensitivities as far in advance as possible, so that we can inform our kitchen. Our staff at both locations are trained to accommodate allergies safely when prepping your meals.
We also offer a variety of gluten-friendly and vegan options to accommodate those with alternative diets or restrictions; you can find our menus online via www.stormcrow.com.

Storm Crow Alehouse: paid parking is available on Broadway during non-rush hours and on side streets at other times. Please heed the signs.
